The 3rd Annual Celebration of Life Party will be held on August 13, 2012 at the Greenville Inn, located at 7150 Pine Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022.  The party starts at 7:30 p.m.

Live entertainment will be provided.  

$20 cover charge/person.  Donations accepted.
